Drivers and passengers must stay home if they have COVID-19 or any related symptoms.
A face covering must be worn at all times during rides.
The front passenger seat must remain empty to maintain safe distance.
Windows should be rolled down when possible to improve ventilation.
Drivers or passengers who repeatedly violate these guidelines may be temporarily or permanently suspended from the platform.
If a driver has a health or safety concern — such as a passenger not wearing a face covering — they may cancel the ride without incurring a cancellation fee.
