I. OVERVIEW & SCOPE
FetchMeNow, LLC, of 6255 TownCenter Drive, Suite 819, Clemmons, North Carolina 27012, has established a Non-Discrimination and Equal Employment Opportunity Policy (EEO Policy).
This EEO Policy applies to all aspects of the relationship between FetchMeNow, LLC and its employees, including but not limited to:
Employment, recruitment, and job advertisements
Hiring, firing, compensation, and promotions
Job assignments, classification, and training
Working conditions, wages, and salary administration
Employee benefits and the application of company policies
This policy also applies to independent contractors, temporary workers, vendors, partners, and any other persons or organizations doing business with or for FetchMeNow, LLC.
Any user, driver, or employee found to have violated this policy will lose access to the FetchMeNow platform.
In certain jurisdictions, applicable laws may require or allow the provision of services for the benefit of a specific group of individuals. In such cases, services provided in compliance with these laws and related terms are permissible under this policy.
II. POLICIES
1. Non-Discrimination
FetchMeNow, LLC strictly prohibits any form of discrimination under any circumstances. Discrimination based on any of the following is not tolerated:
Race or color
Religion or creed
Age
Disability or medical condition
Pregnancy or parental status
Marital status
Sexual orientation
Gender identity or gender expression
Veteran or military status
Domestic violence victim status
National origin or ancestry
Political affiliation or opinion
Genetic information or predisposing characteristics
Geographic location
Any other status protected by applicable law
For qualified individuals with disabilities, FetchMeNow will make every effort to provide reasonable workplace accommodations consistent with applicable laws.
Discrimination in providing transportation services is strictly prohibited.
All associated drivers and employees are required to understand and adhere to this policy. FetchMeNow will not tolerate any unlawful discriminatory practice involving public accommodations — including ride and transportation services — that denies, directly or indirectly, any person the full and equal enjoyment of goods, services, facilities, privileges, advantages, or accommodations based on any discriminatory reason, including place of residence or business.
FetchMeNow recognizes that associated drivers must never discriminate against any customer by refusing service, changing destinations, or showing disrespect based on any protected characteristic or trait.
Examples of prohibited discriminatory conduct include (but are not limited to):
Refusing to pick up a passenger based on any protected trait, including refusing service to passengers with service animals.
Requesting that a passenger leave a vehicle due to a protected characteristic or trait.
Using derogatory, offensive, or harassing language based on protected characteristics or traits.
Refusing service in a particular geographic area based on bias or preference.
FetchMeNow does not tolerate geographic discrimination. All drivers must take passengers to their requested destinations without discrimination based on location.
All drivers, employees, managers, stakeholders, and agents of FetchMeNow must comply with these anti-discrimination policies. In some jurisdictions, local laws and regulations may provide additional protections beyond those described in this policy.
FetchMeNow is committed to maintaining a work environment free from harassment.
Any behavior that is unwanted, offensive, or creates an intimidating, hostile, or humiliating environment is strictly prohibited.
Harassment may be verbal, non-verbal, explicit, or implicit, and based on a person’s sex, race, color, ethnicity, religion, age, disability, or any other protected status.
All employees, supervisors, management personnel, and independent contractors are expected to comply with this policy. No one will be adversely affected for reporting harassment in good faith.
FetchMeNow strictly prohibits any form of sexual harassment.
This includes unwelcome sexual advances, requests for sexual favors, or other verbal or physical conduct of a sexual nature when:
Submission is made a condition of employment;
Submission or rejection affects employment decisions such as promotions, evaluations, or benefits; or
The conduct creates a hostile or offensive work environment.
Examples include inappropriate comments, jokes, sexual gestures, or displaying sexually suggestive materials (in print or digital form). These rules apply to conduct between members of the opposite sex or the same sex.

Reports will be investigated promptly and handled confidentially to the fullest extent possible. Timely reporting helps ensure appropriate corrective action. This reporting procedure does not prevent any person from pursuing remedies through state or federal agencies as permitted by law.
FetchMeNow prohibits retaliation against anyone who reports harassment or discrimination, participates in an investigation, or supports another individual’s complaint.
All complaints are assumed to be made in good faith. Knowingly false accusations will be treated as a serious policy violation.
Any employee, driver, or contractor found to have violated this policy will face disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment or deactivation from the FetchMeNow platform, regardless of whether a law was violated.
When a violation of this policy is verified, remedies may include (but are not limited to):
Reinstatement, promotion, or hiring
Back pay or front pay
Reasonable accommodations
Payment of attorney’s fees, court costs, and other legal fees
Other corrective actions as deemed appropriate by FetchMeNow
This policy is fully supported by FetchMeNow’s CEO and is effective as of April 19, 2021.
